I can say that I would go to this restaurant only for the chocolate and the churros that are delicious but the food is not exceptional and for my taste it was cold.

The renewed restaurant is very nice. Comfortable. The service was phenomenal. We didn't eat a lot but what we had was really good. Of course the churros con chocolate are a must have and a success

Best hot chocolate and choruses

Waiting an hour for just average churros a d some hot wet pudding was not the best experience. Staff was friendly but it is not something that I see myself doing ever again.

Cold chocolate, I request to heat it a little and was the same. Rude staff and very bad quality. Cold chocolate, I asked for it to be heated and it was the same. Not friendly. Last time here. Last visit here.

10-15 years back they had the best stuffed potato Papa rellena. But now it's the one you buy Frozen in a box and I'll burn and small! They're croquette are very greasy. And they go like for $2 a piece! Too expensive! They think they're in cocoplum

Good place affordable prices

I ordered Churros and a small hot chocolate. The churros were very good but the hot chocolate was terrible. It was way too bitter and had a bad after taste. It was the worst hot chocolate I had ever had.

As an Spaniard, for years used to be my family's favorite substitute for San Gines(Madrid) churreria. Now I have no idea what the Valls family have done, but is not even a shade of what used to be. dreadful and undesirable service by people who have not a remote idea about La Palma or it's history.

My family and I used to go there for many years. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a problem with the waiters. In one occasion, instead of a guava disco volador, they gave me one with ketchup inside and it was on purpose because I had made a statement before about how dirty the tables were. Last week we stopped by with some of our family from Orlando and we had the worst experience EVER. First of all, the waiter was new and he didn’t know how to be formal towards customers. He had to check with the manager multiple times about the food we ordered, in the end he did not bring what we ordered, he was very rude in the beginning and seemed frustrated, he accidentally erased what we ordered and we had to reorder everything, but the worst part of it all was that my daughter ordered a sandwich and it came with hairs inside and on the plate. We told him about it and he took it back. He came back not even five minutes later with the same sandwich and and it seemed as if they had only removed a few hairs and not even re-done it because when he brought it back, there was still hair in it. Every time he came to the table and walked away he would say something rude about our table, he was extremely unprofessional. We do not recommend this place. DO NOT GO THERE.

Worst service ever the waiter had no patience! The food was horrible we had a pan con bistec and it was super hard the bread was cold and so was the steak! This was my first and last time ever coming to this place! My friend recommended this place and I regret ever going there it’s horrible!

H-O-R-R-I-B-B-L-E Service. I feel bad for the employees as they feel pressured and mistreated by the Night Shift Manager VICTOR. Please make sure NOT to go there. They had plastic cups because they were ALL dirty. Had more than 10 things from the menu unavailable and when we ask for the manager HE WALKED BY AND GAVE US THE HAND and told us that IF WE CANT BE PATIENT TO WALK. LITERALLY TO WALK. BUT since thats all he wanted, we stayed and hanged out until we felt like it, kept ordering stuff. Oh well at that point because of his horrible service we just stayed there smiling. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO GIVE A HORRIBLE REVIEW SPECIALLY ABOUT VICTOR.

A shadow of its former self. Waited in line for an hour to get a bag of four, previously frozen churros and mediocre chocolate. Couldn't get a cafe con leche either because the machines were already cleaned. You're honestly better off going to a Churromania. At least there you won't have to wait for the exact same thing. It's sad.

I made my tail and waited about an hour and the churros were not as thinner and smaller as they were sold in previous years. To top it off the warm chocolate.

The chocolate is rich, perfect to dip the churro but very thick to drink.

It is a very visited place, I mean the window and not the restaurant itself, the churros are very good and not to mention the hot chocolate. I liked it, I would definitely go again. Also, the girls who serve at the window are gentle.

We will give it 4 stars. I count better why 4 and not 1 or why 1 and not 4? It should give you 1 star for the training of the person who attended us. Completely lost, without a uniform, without any knowledge of the art of serving, but 4 stars for her disposition. 1 star for the sandwich we ate. Dry dry and dry super dry, cold hard cheese and of a quality of 4 th category. How difficult is it to ask the vendor for a good cheese when a restaurant has good volume? Or they can't go to the restaurant depot and choose a good cheese? But since the churros were very good, I better focus on the 4 stars of the churros. The hot chocolate looks like they once did it very, very well. Although that recipe is somewhat sweet, the chocolate arrived not very hot and lumpy, that is, when they mix the corn starch they do not mix it well. Anyway, we will go again next year, we will order 5 star churros with 3 chocolate and I hope I can give it 4 stars again. I would definitely never eat anything else on La Palma
